if the app was a big size, so it shows late on testflight. now, wait for 1 - 4 hrs, and your app show on testflight. I hope my information is useful to you. thank you

if you can change register apple account password. then this issue is created. now you can add register email and change password and restart your Xcode. and see work will be fine. i hope this information help you. thank you..
